For the love of….
A new baby boy!
The joy of new parents, oh…you can just see it in their faces!
I think this first one is my favorite! Just something about it, maybe the crop or just how it shows the pure love of a family.

I had a great time on my couple day getaway!!! The workshop was amazing! I think I learned to much my brain feels boggled! So much to think about and to many decisions to make (and you know how I am on those). It was so great to not only learn and pick the brain of one amazing photographer but also from the other 14 great photographers that were also at the workshop.
Here are some moments that I captured there…
(We had very cute kids to practice on)
I bet you had an awesome time and learned some really great stuff..

a beautiful day to be with your neighbor!
Today the kids and I went with our neighbor friends to the state park to enjoy the beautiful day! The kids had a lot of fun and the moms got tired out! Here are a couple I captured of my cute neighbors.

to the Hall family…
It’s name is Guinea. How original hey! But he/she is a really sweetie!
Here are a few that I took of the kids. I was practicing getting the sun beams or flare whatever you call it!
Not sure if I like it in Black and White or color better?
Carson and Cooper -
The boys love Guinea. They can’t wait to come play with him. Carson thinks he’s cute. Cooper says “awww, he’s so cute,” too!
Our mom likes the b&w. Always a sucker for a great b&w. Great outfit you picked out for the little fashion plate today : )

You did it, got a new pet. Your such a good mom. I’m not ready for that yet, our dog is enough. The girls can’t wait to see the Hall’s new little addition! The photo’s of your kids are both great but I prefer the B&W. They just look sooo sweet!

GOOD or BAD?
I’m thinking of changing my logo, I’ve just never been quit satisfied with the one I’ve had. But then again I’m never quit satisfied with anything I do, don’t know if that’s GOOD OR BAD either!! I always try to do better, so I would think that’s a good think right? But since I also lack in making decisions, it makes it hard for me to know if I’m doing better or not! You know one of those viscous cycles. Well, this is wear you can come in to play. Let me know if you like it or not, be honest! And don’t be scared to leave a comment!!! It’s easy, I would love to know who’s checking in!
Thanks so much for your help! ~Amy
and here’s the old one!
Shannon -
It’s hard. I like them both. I think the new one is more whimsical and trendy, but the old one is more elegant, but maybe a little more common looking. I guess it depends what look you are going for. I wasn’t much help was I? I say go with your gut… it’s your logo after all. If you don’t like your decision, change it again! If I were forced to make a choice, I’d pick the new one… I like them both though! Good luck : ) I want to hear what everyone else thinks too. Bonnie Lou needs to leave her opinion… you know I’m talking to you, Mom!

OK….. I always thought WOW how cool is that logo the A and H go together so nicely and it would never work with my name. After going back and forth I think the new logo is it. I guess because it is a logo -without the type below it you may not know what it is….however, the logo with the clear lettering below it, says it all…I think the all lower case is the way to go with the name – it is the best type for people to read and since you photograph a lot of children that fits in as well. Your company name actually is easier to read with the new one. The new logo is my vote and I’m sticking with it….good work and good luck.

Hmmm…I think the new one. At first I didn’t think so, but after looking for a minute the newer one is funkier and the contact info set up is easier to read. Very nice! Change is good…Jolene

Hi Amy,
I love the way you capture the expressions and of course the pregnant pictures. Wonderful job…
I like the new design very hip could you make one for me? I was going to ask you where you get these fonts? I also wanted to ask you where to find links of different sayings like you have with the two babies? and….I love the polk-a-dot frame how do you do that? One more question would it be ok to come Thursday night to your session with the photo club?
I love your work!!!

Jen & Mike -
Mike & I like the new one. The old one is great too, but we think the new one is, like your mom said…whimsical, trendy. We think it’s young and fun, just like the families that you take pictures for. Which is what it’s all about, the beautiful picutes!!! What a talent you are!!!!
